In March 2026, we proudly return with our Annual Seniors Academy Awards Afternoon, celebrating community, creativity, and a whole lot of sparkle! Held once again at the Muriel H. Morabito Community Center on Westbrook Drive, this signature event brings the magic and excitement of the Oscars right here to Cortlandt Manor. The red carpet will be rolled out, the cameras will be flashing, and the dance floor will be waiting! 🎬 What to Expect ⭐ Red Carpet Walk: Strike a pose and show off your award-winning style. 🗳️ Cast Your Votes: Choose your favorites for “Best Dressed,” crowd favorites, and more. 🎉 Glam, Glitz & Goodies: Enjoy themed décor, treats, photo ops, and special surprises. 💃 Dancing Shoes Required: Music, movement, and memories—always the highlight of the afternoon. 👵👴 Over 100 Seniors Expected: A joyful celebration of connection, community, and fun. Last year, more than 100 seniors lit up the red carpet—this year, we’re turning up the lights even brighter! Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon filled with laughter, elegance, and pure Hollywood joy.

Join us at beautiful Sprout Brook Park for a full day of music, food, fun, games, and a great lineup of vendors! All funds raised help the Rotary Club support local, national, and global communities. Check out our Facebook page to see more of the good works we’ve accomplished. How the Duck Race Works Hundreds of rubber ducks will be dropped from the bridge and set loose down Sprout Brook— tumbling, splashing, bobbing, and racing toward the finish line! Three exciting heats will narrow down the flock before the dramatic Duck Dash Finale near the gazebo. 🏆 First duck to reach the finishing fishnet wins! Cash Prizes $1,000 – 1st Place $500 – 2nd Place $250 – 3rd Place You do not need to be present to win.
